The DSBCD company has been working hard in rehearsals learning choreography for their upcoming competitive tour throughout Ontario and New York City.
Award winning choreographer and studio owner, Madeleine Twyman, is taking the dancers into DSBCD’s third season with the creativity and technical flair the school is becoming known for in the dance community at large.
In the 2 1/2 years DSBCD has been operating, theses young dancers are growing at an exponential rate – a testament to the emphasis on a solid classical ballet regime lead by Artistic Director Rosemary Twyman. With students pursuing 5 hours of ballet technique per week in addition to their contemporary, jazz, tap, hip hop, stretch and acro, these dancers are proving to be the definition of versatility.
We are proud of our dancers progress and success and look forward to watching their artistic development.
