The 5th Dimension Workshop with Christianne Ullmark
Get ready to stretch your minds with movement, meditation and improvisation meeting together to access your creative potential!
Over four days, we will build a piece of choreography that will take the form of a structured improvisation. You will be asked to generate movement material and to keep an open mind, to be patient with yourself and to make space for transformation. Group discussion and self-reflection will be encouraged, allowing for deeper practice and feedback cycles that will help evolve our understanding of what it means to be “creative”! This is going to be a super fun and supportive experience; there is no “right” way to be creative. I really look forward to working with you all and to explore the special universe we will create.
